Mei Wine was founded by Martin Meinen—viticulturist, sensory educator, and experience designer—with a simple belief: flavour is one of the most powerful ways to connect people to place. Drawing on years of hands-on experience in the vineyards of Australia and the UK, Martin now leads immersive, story-rich experiences across Sussex that go beyond wine to celebrate local craft, community, and slow travel.
